Excellent speech clarity

Working at 40% capacity in the Oticon Reveal 4, Oticon’s AI Speech Clarifier helps to separate speech from noise so that you can take part in conversations throughout your day.
With the same 8kHz bandwith as the Reveal 2 & 3 models the Oticon Reveal 4 is able to provide powerful amplification throughout the majority of important speech frequencies to make sure you have the clarity you need.

Noise filtering

Oticon’s AI Noise Suppression system can filter out up to 6dB of background noise while balancing the important sounds so that you can keep hearing without strain.

Built for living

If streaming phone calls and media through your hearing aids is important to you, you will be happy to know that the Oticon Reveal range has shown a 53% improvement in Bluetooth stability and a 32% increase in Bluetooth range comparted to previous models.
With up to 22 hours of battery life from a single 2 hour charge Oticon’s Reveal range of hearing aids mean that you can keep hearing all day long without worry.

Our care

At Zest Hearing Care you can be sure that whichever hearing aid you choose it will be expertly fitted and fine-tuned by our audiologists for your individual hearing profile to make sure that it is providing you with the very best possible outcomes.

We use Real Ear Measurements – a process that measures how the aid is actually performing inside your ear – to make sure the sound reaching you is set at exactly the right level and after your initial fitting we continue to adjust and refine your aids at follow-up appointments until you are hearing as clearly and comfortably as possible. There are no limits to how often you can see us and we will keep working with you until you are happy with the results.

Do you find yourself missing parts of conversation when a room gets busy, or turning the volume up just to catch what’s being said over background chatter? Oticon Reveal has been designed with exactly this kind of moment in mind. It uses two dedicated AI systems working together, so speech stays clear while everything else around you settles into the background where it belongs.

How Oticon Reveal helps you to hear more clearly

At the heart of every Reveal hearing aid is a dual AI system. One part, called Speech AI, focuses specifically on picking out the voice you want to hear and keeping it crisp. The other, Context AI, works on balancing the sounds around you, so a busy street or a noisy restaurant feels calm instead of overwhelming. Together, they aim to give you access to clear speech alongside a comfortable, natural sense of your surroundings.

Oticon Reveal also includes 4D Sensor Technology. Sensors built into the hearing aids pick up on what you’re doing and where your attention is – whether you’re standing still in conversation or moving through a crowded space. The hearing aids adjust their support to match, so you don’t need to keep reaching for your app to make changes yourself.

A further feature, Wind & Handling Stabilizer 2.0, reduces up to 40 dB of the noise caused by wind or handling the hearing aids, a huge leap forwards from previous hearing aid models.

Choosing the right level for you

Oticon Reveal comes in several technology levels, and each one shares the same design and core features. What changes as you move up the range is how advanced the sound processing becomes, with higher levels offering more refined handling of background noise and clearer speech separation in busier, more demanding environments. Lower levels still provide dependable, everyday support, just with less complex processing behind them.

Which model is right for you depends on your budget, as well as where you spend most of your time and how much background noise tends to affect you day to day. Your audiologist will talk you through the options and help you find the hearing aid that fits your life.

Staying connected

Reveal connects directly to iPhone, iPad, and many Android devices, so you can stream calls, music, and other audio straight to your ears. Everything can be adjusted discreetly through the Oticon Companion app, from volume to programme settings, even if you never need to change every one of them.

Getting the fit right, at Zest Hearing Care

A hearing aid is only as good as its fitting. At Zest, every Oticon Reveal fitting includes Real Ear Measurements, so your audiologist can check the sound that actually reaches your eardrum and adjust it precisely to your hearing loss. Afterwards, you’ll have as many follow-up appointments as you need, until you’re happy and comfortable with how you hear.

While the decision of whether to get hearing aids now or later is up to you people who get hearing aids sooner tend to be happier with them and have fewer problems adjusting to them. Hearing aids can also help to slow the rate of cognitive decline, reduce fatigue and improve mental health amongst many other benefits!

Wearing hearing aids will not make your ears lazy, however when you take them out you may notice that your hearing feels worse than it did before you got your hearing aids. This is because you will be much more aware of how much better you can hear while wearing them, and how hard you are having to work when they are not in.

Your audiologist can give you a definite answer to this question when you come in for your Detailed Hearing Assessment, but if you have a hearing loss in both ears it is almost always best to wear two hearing aids as this will help your brain focus better in noisy situations.

Ultimately the decision of when to wear your hearing aids is yours, however we normally recommend that you wear your hearing aids as much as possible. This will make sure that you receive the maximum benefit from them as well as helping them to sound more natural since your brain will have adjusted to their sound.

No. In the UK the cost of private hearing aids varies from one company to another because the cost reflects not only the hearing aids themselves, but also the hearing care that goes with them. Even the very best hearing aid technology will not provide the desired results if they are not approptiately set up and maintained.

At Zest Hearing Care we make sure that we have the expertise, equipment and time to make sure that your hearing aids are not just “off the shelf” but are truly customised for your ears. This makes sure that you are getting the very best outcomes for your budget.
